Five people escaped injury after a plane crashed at the Taieri Aerodrome this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the aerodrome just after 3.30pm this afternoon after a light aircraft crashed.
A police spokeswoman said the crash occurred just after 3.30pm.
A fire crew and ambulance were also called to the accident.
St John's reported all five people we uninjured, the spokeswoman said.
The Civil Aviation Authority has been notified.
