Alto Cafe's chicken salad

Alto Cafe's chicken salad

Serves 2

Ingredients

Chicken
1 chicken breast, sliced
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
juice ½ orange

Salad (amounts to suit)
red cabbage, finely sliced
carrot, grated
fresh coriander, chopped
red capsicum, sliced
black sesame seeds
2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp sesame oil

Method
Marinate chicken breast in hoisin, sesame oil, soy and orange juice for a couple of hours.

In a hot pan toss chicken until brown and cooked through.

Mix salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix chilli sauce and sesame oil together and then pour over salad and toss.

Add shredded chicken and toss again. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
