Ask a Chef reveals the secrets of those superb dishes you ate in cafes and restaurants and wanted to try yourself.

Ingredients
2 packets wine biscuits, crushed
1 can condensed milk
180g butter
3 Tbsp cocoa
1½ blocks Cadburys
Black Forest chocolate (250g)

Method
Place condensed milk and butter in pot and melt until combined.

Add cocoa and stir. Add biscuit crumbs and stir.

Press into greased slice tin and refrigerate. We use a rectangular tin.

Melt chocolate in a pot on low heat, then pour over biscuit base and refrigerate until set.

Cut into pieces.

Note: If you want a thicker chocolate top, use two blocks of chocolate.
