A man has been arrested after an alleged stabbing and carjacking at Sydney airport.
Police say they arrested the driver of a silver Mercedes Benz after a car chase ended in a crash on the NSW Central Coast about 9.20am (AEDT).
The arrest followed the stabbing of a chauffeur and carjacking of a silver 2010 Mercedes-Benz E250 sedan driven by a 57-year-old woman at Sydney's Domestic Airport last night.
A 23-year-old Queensland man was arrested when the car lost control about 2km south of the Peats Ridge Road exit on the F3, hitting another vehicle.
No one was injured.
The man is being questioned by Wyong police.
