More scenes were shot for a UK bank advertisement on Dunedin’s Tomahawk Beach this week,  when  actors joined  horses in the action.

At the weekend up to 20 black horses thundered through surf along the beach while being filmed.

On Tuesday,  a group of what appeared to be actors could be seen walking in sand dunes on the beach, while multiple vehicles and film crew worked around them.

Horses were again also present.

The advertisement is understood to be for the Lloyds Banking Group, which has historically had a black horse logo.

The New Zealand film crew has been working at the beach for about a week and is also planning to shoot  in other unspecified locations around Otago.
