Police have arrested two youths for allegedly attempting to steal a car in High St in Dunedin.
Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen, of Dunedin, said a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old were charged with unlawful interference of a motor vehicle and breaching bail on Thursday night, after being tracked by a police dog.
The 17-year-old was likely to face further charges, he said.
