I-Site manager Louise van de Vlierd said local businesses, including i-Site, were occupied with last-minute preparations ahead of the cruise ship arrivals.
"Businesses will be making sure they have availabilities and all their bookings are in line."
Today’s arriving cruise ships Carnival Splendor, Ovation of Seas and National Geographic Orion had a total capacity of more than 7000 passengers.
Ms van de Vlierd expressed her excitement for what she expected to be a lively day.
"I hope it’s a beautiful day like [yesterday]. We’re keeping our fingers crossed."
"Because it just makes the experience that much better, but it’s going to be so busy."
She described the cruise season as "just fantastic".
"It’s going to be awesome. It’ll be like Christmas before Christmas."
Larnach Castle director Norcombe Barker said the business was "quite excited for it".
Mr Barker said it was well and truly ready for the boost in numbers, explaining it had "been in this game a few years now".
"It’s brilliant, we’re all organised."
Other local attractions said they were too busy to comment.
