Zara Crutchley, injured while showjumping at the Maniototo A&P Show in Ranfurly this month, is recovering in a general ward at Dunedin Hospital.
She was ''progressing favourably'' a hospital spokeswoman said yesterday.
Ms Crutchley was taken by helicopter to Dunedin Hospital in a serious condition, after being thrown from her horse while competing at the February 20 show.
She was initially in the intensive care unit.
