Full of stock for fundraiser

Dunedin Host Lions Club garage sale convener Jenni Mattingly holds a teddy bear amid boxes full of donated goods up for grabs at the club’s annual fundraiser.

Boxes full of books, clothes and teddy bears have reduced the South Dunedin woman’s home from five bedrooms to two in the lead-up to the charitable fundraiser.

"There will be something for everyone," Mrs Mattingly said.

The proceeds from the fundraiser will directly benefit pregnancy care centre Pregnancy Help Dunedin and support service Supergrans.

The garage sale will be in St Pat’s Hall in Macandrew Rd on Saturday from 8.30am to 2pm.
