The inside job

The inside of Dunedin’s new ACC building is taking shape. The building, called ACC Ōtepoti, is located between High and Dowling Sts.

 

It was earmarked for completion this year and will have about 750 employees working inside. It is being built by Ngāi Tahu Property in partnership with ACC Investments.

 

It will be managed by Ngāi Tahu Property.  

 

ACC will lease the building for 20 years from the joint venture.
