A man was taken to Dunedin Hospital by ambulance after his ride-on lawn mower rolled over near Waitati.
The man, whose age was not known, received moderate injuries when the lawn mower rolled on him at his address in Doctors Point Rd about 4pm yesterday, a St John spokesman said.
Police said the man received head and neck injuries from the accident.
WorkSafe New Zealand was informed of the accident, which the Fire Service also attended.
