A teenage skateboarder from Hong Kong, critically injured after colliding with a car, remains in intensive care.
The 16-year-old's family arrived last week after the incident at 9.30pm on August 25, in Wingatui Rd, Mosgiel.
A source confirmed yesterday the boy remains in Dunedin Hospital's intensive care unit.
It is understood the teen had studied at Taieri College for just over four weeks before the incident.
A police spokeswoman said yesterday the investigation into the crash was ongoing and no charges had been laid.
The driver of the vehicle was not thought to have been injured.
