A slip in Dunedin got five students rushing out of bed early this morning.
The slip hit one side of a student flat on Queen Street about 4am this morning, shift manager for Fire Service Southern District said.
"We went and had a look and realised there was nothing we could do, we don't have diggers and stuff," he said.
An estimated 15-20 cubic metres of dirt had come to a rest on one side of the house, police said.
