Splashing fun

Swimmers of all ages have enjoyed the Water World Indoor Water Park facilities at Moana Pool this week.

Acting aquatics manager Chris Bisley said booking was more than 80% full for each of the sessions, and a variety of people had shown interest.

"It’s just something a little bit different. Something that we can’t put up ourselves as a facility. So it’s great that there is a contractor going around and having these services or this sort of activity here."

The equipment is making its way through the country as the school holidays continue. Peter McIntosh captured some of the swimmers at play at Moana Pool yesterday.
