Two people escaped with only minor injuries after a car rolled on the outskirts of Dunedin this morning.
A police spokeswoman said they, St John and Fire and Emergency New Zealand were called to the crash on Leith Valley Rd , which happened about 6am.
A St John spokesman said two patients were transported to Dunedin Hospital with minor injuries.
The crash happened on Leith Valley Rd near the overhead bridge, which is close to the intersection with SH1.
It appeared the car was travelling up the hill when the driver lost control.
