Woman sought after city dairy robbed

Dunedin police are searching for a woman following an aggravated robbery of a dairy yesterday.

Detective Sergeant Chris Henderson said a woman entered the Balmoral Dairy, in South Dunedin, about 8pm, armed with a metal weapon.

She obtained a sum of cash and some packets of herbal high drugs.

She was last seen running along Hillside Rd, towards Forbury Corner.

The offender is described as being European, in her 30s, wearing a dark grey jacket and dark pants or jeans, with distinctive bad acne on both cheeks.
