Police are hunting hit-and-run driver after a cyclist was struck in the Hutt Valley this morning.
He was hit by a black 4WD vehicle on State Highway 58 near Moonshine Rd, Haywards Hill, at 7.50am.
The cyclist was reported to be in a stable condition in hospital.
Police are appealing for sightings of the vehicle, which was last seen travelling over Haywards Hill towards the Hutt Valley on SH58.
