Man questioned over Kiwi campervan shooting

A man is being questioned over the shooting of a New Zealand couple's campervan in Rockhampton in central Queensland.

The tourists told police they saw a vehicle shine its headlights at them before a blast rang out, forcing them to dive for cover as the shots shattered their windshield and damaged the body of their van about 5am yesterday.

A 20-year-old man was being questioned by police today after a bullet was found in the couple's vehicle.
