A motorcyclist who crashed into a bridge at Taiko, 19km northwest of Timaru, last Thursday has died.
Kevin Barry Van Turnhout, 16, of Albury, 16km south of Fairlie, had been in Timaru Hospital critically ill since the collision.
He died at 6.15am yesterday after his life support was withdrawn late on Monday night, the Timaru Herald reported today.
