A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a car on the Waikato Expressway this morning.
Emergency services were called to the accident on the southbound lane of State Highway One at Rangiriri about 7.50am.
Police said the southbound lane will be closed for some time and diversions are in place. The northbound lanes are unaffected.
The Waikato Police Serious Crash Unit will investigate the cause of the crash.
