Police have named the motorcyclist who died from injuries sustained in a crash with a car in Nelson yesterday evening.
He was 25-year-old Caleb Neho, also known as Caleb Wikaira, of Nelson.
Police were advised of the crash, which occurred on St Vincent St, around 5.45pm.
Mr Neho was critically injured and was taken to hospital.
Police advised this morning that he "has now sadly died".
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
