A New Zealand-born teenage girl confirmed dead after Anders Breivik's massacre of 76 people in Norway has been named as 14-year-old Sharidyn Svebakk-Bohn.

Miss Svebakk-Bohn had dual New Zealand and Norwegian citizenship, and was on Utoya Island when Breivik opened fire at a Labour Party youth camp.

She was the youngest victim of Breivik's shooting rampage named so far.

In a statement her parents say while she was born in New Zealand, she has grown up in Norway.

In a statement released to media, her parents said: "It is impossible to describe the excruciating pain that we have felt as we have waited for news from the authorities. But we are comforted by the knowledge that our daughter has been found and identified.

"Sharidyn was a courageous young lady who took every challenge with ease. One of her strongest qualities was her ability to care for others. She was a proud big sister to her two younger sisters, and she loved to care for them as a big sister.

Miss Svebakk-Bohn had been a member of the party for around a year and her trip to Utoya Island with the group was her first.

Her parents and two younger sisters said they are filled with "immense grief and deep sorrow" at the confirmation of her death.

Norwegian authorities today released the names of 13 more victims of the gunman, 10 of whom were teenagers.
