One person has suffered moderate injuries after a car crash in Rotorua today.
Emergency services were at the scene of the crash at 8.45am. Police said it involved up to three cars near the intersection of Hemo and Old Taupo Rds.
Police Northern Communications Centre shift inspector Lou Alofa said one person had been trapped in the car but emergency services were able to free them without cutting them out of the vehicle.
St John Ambulance spokeswoman Ngaire Jones said one person was taken to Rotorua Hospital with moderate injuries.
