A Taranaki high school teacher has been charged with indecently assaulting two students.
Ludovicus Michael Stassen, 62, of Lepperton, faces three charges related to an alleged assault on a 13-year-old girl a week ago, and a 14-year-old girl in October 2006.
Stassen had been teaching music.
The Crown told Hawera District Court yesterday Stassen risked losing his job, with a suspension process already under way.
He was remanded without plea to reappear on September 30.
