Rained off for the day in Dunedin while we wait to head to the Elton John concert, what better way to make the most of the bad weather than go waterfall chasing.
We decided to head South and catch our favourite waterfall, the delightful Purakaunui Falls, a photographers paradise. The sheer power of the water was frightening. We were pleased to catch a few photos on out waterproof GoPro, watch in amazement for a while then quickly get back to Dunedin before any State Highways closed due to flooding. What an amazing sight, only topped by the Elton John Concert tonight. Go Elton!
