Police have released the name of the woman who died in a crash in Cromwell last Friday.
She was Isabel Mary Pairman, 85, of Cromwell.
The crash occurred at the intersection of State Highway 8B and Barry Ave, Cromwell on Friday, June 2.
The victim was the sole occupant of the car and died at the scene, police said.

The road was closed and detours put in place while the police crash investigation unit examined the scene.
Inquiries into the circumstances of the crash are still under way, a police spokesperson said.
It was the second crash to close the new roundabout at the intersection of State Highway 8B and Barry Ave after a rubbish truck tipped over last month.
