Central Otago's mountain biking terrain was given another workout yesterday, when years 5 to 8 school pupils were unleashed for the Top Bike event, held at Molyneux Park, in Alexandra.

About 350 youngsters from 21 schools throughout the Otago and Southland region participated in the annual event, which organiser Bill Godsall described as ''the biggest to date''.
