With spring on the way,  Regions reporters took the opportunity to snap cherry blossoms in full bloom:1. White blossoms frame the Balclutha road bridge. 

2.  A tree in full colour in Wanaka.  

3.  A blossom tree on Park St in Queenstown with the Remarkables behind.

4. Morning light strikes the blossoms of a Tees St tree on Thursday.
