Wanaka property developer Allan Dippie continues to expand his Central Otago portfolio, with a new resource consent application lodged to extend his most recent subdivision development.
Mr Dippie's Willowridge Developments Ltd wants to extend the company's West Meadows subdivision, off Cardrona Valley Rd, Wanaka.
Willowridge has applied to subdivide a further 4.98ha of land next to the now empty former indoor climbing facility BaseCamp, also owned by Mr Dippie.
The West Meadows extension will create five new rural residential zoned allotments, with lot areas sized between 4000 sq m and 4380 sq m.
A sixth lot, sized 2.4680ha, is included in the resource consent application. The land parcel is between the existing consented lots at West Meadows and the five proposed lots.
