Highlanders half-back Jimmy Cowan joins the queue catching high punts at a skills session for Wakatipu junior rugby players at Queenstown recreation ground last Tuesday.
Wakatipu's junior rugby players turned out in force to get some advice from Highlanders players at the Queenstown recreation ground last week.
Organiser Steve Lindsay, of sponsors Locations Realty, said about 70 young players from across the basin showed up.
Highlanders Tom Donnelly, Jimmy Cowan, Kenny Lyn, Tony Brown, Brayden Mitchell, Jamie Mackintosh and John Hardie put the youngsters through their paces and tested the southern Super Rugby side in return.
