An art exhibition with an Easter theme, crafted by a former Milton woman, is being held in the town.
Judith Wolfe, who was educated at Tokomairiro District High School and then worked in Milton, is staging the exhibition. A painter, sculptor and model-maker, Wolfe has exhibited in the Cleveland Living Arts Centre; and an exhibition of her work was on display until last week at the Dunedin Community Art Gallery.
Wolfe has also illustrated publications and book covers. Her Milton display, "No Ordinary Prophet: Jesus" reflects on the events of Good Friday and Easter. It is at St John's Anglican Church today , from 10am to noon, and tomorrow 1.30pm-4.30pm.
There is no charge, but donations can be made to hospital chaplaincy.
