Two people were injured when a car crashed into a power pole near Clinton, in South Otago, this afternoon.
A police spokesman said they were called at 2.15pm to State Highway 1 just east of Clinton, between Fairview and Blaikie Rds.
St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said ambulance officers treated a man and a woman at the scene, before transporting both to the Clutha Health First with minor injuries.
