Almost ready to play

The long-awaited Allenby  Park playground in Wanaka is close to completion and is  expected to be open to the public by the end of the month.

Queenstown Lakes District Council spokesman Campbell Weal said the final touches, including laying down a footpath through the site, would be carried out over the next few weeks.
