The free event, to be held at the Luggate Memorial Hall, includes talks, sales and opinions from doctors, naturopaths, chiropractors and other health professionals who will be sharing their knowledge with the public.
Event organisers Charlie Unwin and Jill Cole said they wanted to bring an event to town that could positively help those in the community.
"We knew that we wanted to bring something to Wānaka that was about healing and educating the public on what health options there are," they said.
Last year the pair began reaching out to local practitioners who could be involved in the event and were "overwhelmed" by the feedback.
"There is a lot of excitement out there, we've gone out to the practitioner community and had fabulous feedback," they said.
Mr Unwin said he believed there would be great support from the community.
"There are so many people who don't want to go down the mainstream path of going to see a doctor.
"We're not trying to replace the medical system, we want to work with it," he said.
The event is set to showcase 20 to 30 practitioners from the Central Otago and Upper Clutha areas.
Ms Cole said they wanted to get people thinking what health was to them and open up to others about what was affecting their health.
"What we want to do is just let the public know what options are out there and connect them with the practitioners.
"Let's open up the communication lines.
"Especially older people [who] think that it's not a good thing to talk about their health or what's niggling them.
"We want to be able to give them a space to let them know that in actual fact, they count," she said.
All practitioners to be present at the event align with Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora, covering a range of health sectors.
The event, to be held from May 8-10, offers information booths, panel talks and workshops.
