"Art for Leisure" runs for two days and will feature work from artists involved in the campus art classes.
The exhibition features a variety of works in different styles.
"It’s a culmination of everybody’s 12 months of work."
Paintings on display cover all styles, from traditional to modern, and in oils, acrylics, watercolours and pastels.
"There’s a huge variety and of course there’s something for everyone. Art is such an individual thing and the results are very individual as well."
Self-proclaimed novice artist Michael Macklin said he was unsure if he would put his works up for sale but he hoped to have some ready.
"It’s a good way of getting your work out there and letting people know what it’s about," Mr Macklin said.
The exhibition runs from 10am-3pm on December 2 and 3 at SIT. There is a "cash and carry" policy.
