Basketball: Donald Sterling suing over recording

Donald Sterling is suing TMZ and mistress V. Stiviano for secretly recording a conversation the woman provided to be released by the paparazzi website.

Sterling charges a violation of his privacy. The recording made international headlines and drew enough backlash that as Los Angeles Clippers players considered boycotting playing for the disgraced owner, the NBA forced a transfer of ownership.

Donald Sterling filed for divorce last week.
