Southern schools had a better day in Auckland yesterday.
They have dropped down to the second-tier India Shield but all three schools posted wins.
Otago Boys’ beat Christ’s College 4-2, Southland Boys’ downed Wairarapa College 3-1 and John McGlashan edged Christchurch Boys’ 4-3.
