Hall was joined in the multi-winner stakes at the New Zealand Adaptive Snowsports awards in Wanaka last week by New Plymouth snowboarder Carl Murphy, who returned to record a back-to-back win of the ACE Boarder Award.
The pair were stand-out winners in the adaptive skiing and snowboarding disciplines.
The awards dinner was the culmination of the week-long annual disabled and adaptive snowsports festival, which was held at Cardrona Alpine Resort.
Adaptive Snowsports chief executive Libby Blackley said more than 150 people had been involved in the event.
About 32 competitors took part in racing, while more than 120 others had given skiing, snowboarding, and even the biathlon disciplines of shooting and nordic skiing a try.
Outram-raised Hall backed up his premier trophy win with the Elliot Cup awarded to the men's national grand slalom and downhill racing champion.
Alisha McLennan, of Auckland, won the Viv Martin Trophy for the most outstanding female skier, taking the trophy from Fairlie's Storm Blacklock who has dominated the award for the past few years.
The remaining awards went to: Jamie McCulloch (Hall Trophy for national service), Ivan Parsons (Rachael Battersby Award for personal achievement), Betty Chand (Hall Award for branch service), and Henderson Best (Army Trophy for commitment and best improvement).
Canterbury won the branch attendance award.
