Jorja Gibbons (Queen’s High School) and Alexa Duff (Columba College) have been named in the New Zealand secondary schools athletics championships team.
Gibbons won silver in the senior girls 100m and Duff claimed silver in the senior girls javelin. Ollie Davis (Central Southland College) and James McLeay (Southland Boys’ High School) were also named in the team, and Millie McFadzien (St Peter’s College) was named in the road race team.
