The Otago Racing Club meeting scheduled for Wingatui yesterday was abandoned.
The track manager, ORC management and the Racing Integrity Board inspected the track on Saturday, and after heavy overnight rain and more forecast, the decision was made to cancel the meeting.
The meeting will not be rescheduled. — APL
