Bit Of A Legend has made a bit of a move after a strong second placing behind Terror To Love in the Avon City Ford Cup at Addington last week.
The Cran Dalgety-trained pacer jumped four places to 13th on the New Zealand Trotting Cup rankings released yesterday giving him a good chance of slipping into the final field of 15 on the second Tuesday in November.
The Bettor's Delight entire is the major mover for the week, the only withdrawal being the Rod McKenzie-trained mare Averil's Quest, leaving 27 horses to chase the 15 spots available on New Zealand Cup day.
Arden Rooney (21st) and Vice Chairman (26th) might improve their rankings this week when they line up against three others at Addington tomorrow night, although any move is likely to be minimal.
