The trio are raced by Mossburn breeder Bev Jones and trained by John and Karen Parsons at Balcairn.
O'Faberge, a 3yr-old gelding by My Halo, was having his fourth start. He is the fourth foal to race out of Carinda, who won a race for Jones when trained by the Parsons. Carinda (The Jogger-Love Note), was bred by Jones. She is a half-sister to Audacious (10 wins including two over hurdles) and Dear John (four).
O'Cartier has won 16 races, including the Lightning Handicap at Trentham in 2007 and 2011; the 2008 Stewards' Handicap (deadheat with Coup Bloomsbury) at Riccarton and 2009 Challenge Stakes at Awapuni. He has been entered for the open 1200m at Riverton.
Santos (by No Excuse Needed), the winner of three races, has been entered for the Riverton Cup. He finished second to The Solitaire in the Dunedin Cup in February.
Emily Trimbole, an impressive winner at Wingatui on March 22 at her only start, is among six horses entered for the 2yr-old race at Riverton.
