Rugby: John McGlashan too strong for Kavanagh

John McGlashan College has held Dunedin rivals Kavanagh College scoreless in a 27-0 win in the Highlanders First XV competition today.

In other games Dunstan High School beat Southland Boys' High School 31-10, Gore High School beat James Hargest High School 48-14 and South Otago High School beat Menzies College 17-0.

In interschool games played earlier in the week, Otago Boys' High School beat King's High School 79-6 and WWaitaki Boys' High School beat St Kevin's College 37-6.
