Otago Boys' High School has dominated the annual interschool clash against King's over the past four years since Ryan Martin became coach of the first XV in 2010.
It is not expected to be any different today because the Otago Boys' juggernaut seems certain to maintain its unbeaten record.
Both teams are unbeaten after two rounds of the Highlanders First XV competition.
King's beat Central Southland College 67-0 and Waitaki Boys' 36-30.
Otago Boys' beat John McGlashan 66-3 and James Hargest 81-0.
The last time King's beat Otago Boys' in an interschool match was in 2007. The other King's win in the past decade was in 2004 when All Black Ben Smith and former Otago representative Glen Dickson were in the team.
King's coach former All Black Paul Miller knows his team is the underdog today.
''We can win if we prepare well, stick together and put our minds to it,'' he said.
''Otago Boys' has been our nemesis for years and is a well-known rugby school in New Zealand. But we will give it a good crack.''
