Marina Erakovic's run at the French Open has come to an end after she was knocked out of the doubles at the quarter-final stage overnight.
Erakovic and playing partner Cara Black fell to second seeds Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka of the Czech Republic 6-2 6-7 6-4 - the pair will now face Russian duo and fourth seeds Ekaterina Makarova and Elena Vesnina in the semifinals.
Erakovic collects €25,000 (NZ$41,000) in prizemoney to go with the €60,000 ($98,000) she earned for reaching the third round of the singles.
