This Saturday, Chamber Music New Zealand presents "Borderlands" at the Glenroy Auditorium, featuring Tasmanian baroque ensemble Van Diemens Band.
Based in Tasmania, Van Diemens Band is made up of some of Australia’s most respected early music specialists.
The repertoire includes works such as Icelandic composer Maria Huld Markan Sigfusdottir’s Clockworking featuring pre-recorded and live parts , and the premiere of Donald Nicolson’s Spirals, commissioned specifically for this tour.
