A motorcyclist has died as a result of a medical event at Kingseat, south of Auckland.
Police were called by St John staff at 10.20am after the motorcyclist was found in a critical condition on Kingseat Rd near the intersection of Waiau Pa Rd.
The rider died at the scene.
Police said there did not appear to have been a crash, and that the rider died as a result of a medical event.
