New faces on airport board

Two new directors have joined the Dunedin Airport board as two others have completed their allocated terms.

Darin Cusack and Rachel Brooking have replaced Trish Oakley and Mark Rogers.

The Dunedin City Council and the Government each own 50% of the airport.

Dunedin City Holdings Ltd appointed Darin Cusack, who has a background in the aviation, tourism and the transport sector.

He most recently led the Pacific aviation investment programme for the World Bank.

The Government appointed Rachel Brooking, a senior associate at Anderson Lloyd, based in Dunedin.

Ms Brooking has an interest in sustainability, and was recently appointed to the Government’s Resource Management Review Panel.
