The new Kinsey Millhone novel keeps up the tradition of a good old-fashioned detective novel with plenty of twists and turns.

Taking a break does not seem to work for Kinsey who ends up looking into two seemingly unconnected deaths, one a murder, the other apparently natural causes.

It shines a light on the homeless and leaves Kinsey in a compromising situation.

Interwoven with the story is the quandary Kinsey finds herself in over her love life.

The countdown is on: Wasted continues Grafton's alphabet series which now has only three more novels to go.
