GO TO SLEEP OR I LET LOOSE THE LEOPARD
Steve Cole, Bruce Ingman
Random House
This is a wacky little story about the lengths a babysitter will go to to get the children to sleep.

Joe and Ellie are hard nuts to crack.

The babysitter has some great threats - a child-zapping robot, a toy-munching monster - until finally she threatens to let loose the leopard. And then she does.

It's great fun as the tension builds with every new threat and the eventual release of the leopard.

The chaotic illustrations add to the drama.

Ages 2-4.
